Please note that the university adheres to New York State guidelines and recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Erie County Department of Health for events and gatherings on campus. Therefore, UB Center for the Arts (UBCFA) performing arts and other in-person theatrical productions are canceled until further notice.
The UB Center for the Arts physical ticket is not open for in-person visits, however, we are virtually open to assist patrons Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. You can reach our team by calling and leaving a voicemail or emailing us:

Patrons who purchased tickets with cash or campus cash at the ticket office to a now-cancelled event can request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
